Community Support Program
Our Community Support Program (CSP) emphasizes the development of independent living skills and natural community supports for individuals with a psychiatric disability living independently in their own apartment in the community. Our program follows the statewide model that includes a comprehensive array of rehabilitation services, most of which are provided in non-office settings by a mobile staff.  Services are focused on skill building with a goal of maximizing self-management skills and fostering independence.

Community Living Center
The Community Living Center (CLC) is a psychosocial program designed to provide a friendly and supportive environment where individuals, who are living in the local community, can engage in social interaction with peers and find new ways to access natural community supports.

Services in the program are person-centered to meet the goals, hopes and dreams of participants. Individualized services and skill groups are focused on recovery and are developed to increase independence and help individuals to remain in the communities of their choice. 

CLC program activities include:

  • Advocacy

  • Outreach

  • Peer-support

  • Symptom monitoring and education

  • Educational programs/speakers

  • Computer lab

  • Outings to explore community resource

  • Walking club

  • Gardening Club
